We are accountable to our members, our funders and our community. Here is how, in plain terms.

How we are governed

Incorporated association governed by a volunteer Committee of Management
Registered charity with the ACNC
Annual general meeting open to all members
Audited accounts published in every annual report
Child safety obligations under both NSW and Victorian schemes

We follow the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement. In practice: volunteers are never a substitute for fair paid work, everyone is screened appropriately for their role and no more, personal information stays private, and anyone can raise a concern without fear.

Complaints go first to the General Manager, or to the Chairperson where the General Manager is involved. We would rather hear it than not.

Annual reports

Audited reports back to 2018 are published on the annual reports page. Older reports are held in our archive: ask and we will send them the same day.
